A nice moderate level trek option near Magadi
Bidarakatte Eco-Trails的点评
点评：We started the trek at 6.15 am. A single guide was designated for ~15 trekkers. There are some steep portions early in the trek. After that. its fairly flat. Highlights of the trek:
(a) Could see sunrise.
(b) 3 popular spots
(b.1) A view point from where we can see Magadi town (IMO, not a great one)
(b.2)Fort walls which u can walk along/upon.
(b.3)Echo spot - where we can scream and the rocks will echo.
(c) Close view of portion of Savanadurga (black hill, white hill as the locals call the rocks)
(d) small water bodies where u will find some lilies, lotuses , Egrets
The trek lasted 2.45 hours with ample time being spent at each of the spots.
We were with kids of 11, 8 years age and hence spent some more time at the children's play area at the entrance.
