点评:We had a booking for 10 pax for a football match,. The place look good and we were told to go upstairs. We we try to order some food , as we were a group we try to order the platters but was told it was not available but the same food was individually available on the menu, which mean if you order it individually you have to pay more, that’s was not a problem, we still went ahead and ordered the food. The food was serve in takeaway box, no cutlery , no sauce , no napkins, we have to try to get the attention of the waiter to try to get some plates , napkins and never got the sauces or the cutlery, had to eat with ur hand . Food came in the cheesy chips was cold , if you ask me to review the food it was appalling, that a very soft word I’m using . I went to the supervisor to complain but he was too busy sitting on his phone and just raise his shoulder as If I don’t give a damn. We order the first round of drink which were 2 bucket of 6 bottles of Heneiken but when we try to reorder there was none left lol. So I ask the supervisor if he will give us the bucket for the same price with local beer , as they don’t have the premium lager, he said NO. For me considering the price of Heineken and the price of Pheonix on the market I would avectaken the initiative of giving it to the customers as the profit margin on local product is higher than imported one. But anyway no business knowledge. We end up Saturday ending about 10k but left as soon as the match was over. If they were more customer focus and give a services we would have spend easily 25-30k . As we do when we are out.
I would never ever put my feet in the place again as it is the worse place in Mauritius to have a drink or but to eat.
Stop taking Mauritian for granted give them the services they paying for.
