点评:I was rather disappointed with the lack of hospitality shown by the workers at Words of Mouth winery. We had booked the wine tasting session with cheeseboard on the way to the winery. The sessions online were open and payable at checkout, which we had booked. Upon our arrival the worker told us they had overbooked at it was an issue on their end that it shouldn't have allowed us to go forward with our booking, yet took us in regardless, though not without reminding us throughout our wine tasting. They sat us inside by ourselves (which was fine!) though it seemed we were seated in a spot they had prepared for another party for 2. When the couple arrived, they went on to tell them they had to sit "last minute people in their spots" and continued to speak amongst themselves about how much of an "inconvenience" we were and that they would just "have to make do". This slightly impacted their quality of service as they ended up forgetting which wines we had tasted or were tasting next. It should be noted, our quality of experience was not at all like the others around. A piece of advice for the next couple, I suggest booking a whole week in advance to save yourselves the reminder of being a burden.
