点评：We had an excellent experience on the Fragata, and genuinely, the entire company provided one of the best and utmost professional experiences I have ever had from any tour operator.
Marco was an excellent guide who was very knowledgeable of the Galapagos, and he went into great detail about all of the animals and history of the Galapagos. He was very passionate and engaging, and he took great care in explaining every detail.
We were particularly impressed by the entire crew's attention to detail in regards to safety. During our excellent snorkels, Marco, the captain, and the boat drivers would take great care in following us with speed boats. We always felt very safe in the water. They were always watching every guest. We were very impressed by this detail because they would carefully watch over every guest when we snorkeled.
The locations were also excellent. One of the highlights was seeing large manta rays, eagle rays, and marine iguanas. The tours on the islands were also incredible. We saw hundreds of iguanas at Fernandina.
The part that impressed us the most was the level of professionalism from the entire crew. I had lost my jacket during the cruise, and the crew took their own time and effort to personally locate it, and deliver it to me in Quito. Laura was incredibly helpful in coordinating with me and providing me with frequent updates about my jacket. This level of professionalism and care is genuinely appreciated.
