点评：Location is everything, and this place does not have it. I have stayed in the champagne region yearly for the past 20 years, and this one will not make it to the list of places to revisit.
Why: the place is located right after the pittoresque part of the main avenue, on the other side of the Mercier. Hence the views are from other side the somewhat ugly Mercier + DDR style apartment block on top of the hill with the busy main entry road in the between. On the back you will enjoy views to the industrial sites of Épernay.
The breakfast is basically just chewy croissants, piece of bread and coffee from a machine. The handmade eggs cannot save exceptionally disgusting coffee.
Rooms do not have air conditioning, only Dysons. Beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of room, for a group of friends who are not too picky. However, I for example had to clean the Nespresso machines water tank before use, so do not expect too much.
If you are looking for something with a bit more charm and prime location in Epernay, book for example Parva Domus or go to some of the close by villages. Better to escape the exhaustion fumes you get from the main road.
The spa was a fun element, but I believe the appreciation depends on what are your expectations from a spa. Personnel was friendly, but this one did not exactly invite me to relax and book appointments, but I am sure someone else might like it!
