Amazing place, amazing Champagne in a chilled and relaxed setting.

点评：What an amazing and friendly place to visit. It is incredible that the actual owners and winemakers are usually around to talk to. In a world dominated by large business and marketing, the chance to actually speak to the people responsible for growing the grapes, harvesting them, pressing and making the wine, then bottling it and delivering it to you sat in their amazing building is an opportunity not to be missed.
The Elodie D champagne house story seems almost unique to me in the way the vines are handed down through the female line of the family and great to learn about. This isn’t a cellar tour, it’s a tasting and chatting in a relaxing environment experience.
The champagne itself is exceptional of course and I believe is now organic (which makes me feel less guilty for drinking so much of it 😂)
