App at restaurant does not work and customer service lacking

点评：We used their app to order 2 meals..it went through as a payment on my credit card. When I questioned why I did not get a confirmation email, the manager said the order did not go through. Despite seeing the negative 47 payment on my credit card app, she said it being pending meant payment may not have gone through. I got upset then insisting it was her app issue and that we should be given the food. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager and could not help me as I was upset at her questioning her looking at my credit card app payment. She then refunded the payment in cash without the card payment saying it was my choice to use a card to pay so no refund for that (eventhough their app did not work).
Do not eat here unless you go up to the counter and pay directly as they have no customer service skills.
