Unsafe car, zero accountability- would strongly caution against booking

点评：I booked the Cobra car experience as a birthday activity and was really looking forward to it — unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge disappointment and, more importantly, a serious safety concern. Nithi’s this was their sunset drive experience.
About 20 minutes into the drive, the tire went completely flat. We had been driving carefully and there were no signs of damage, so it was clear the car was already faulty when we received it. To their credit, someone did come to help us, but we were left stranded for a while in the dark, in an open-top vehicle with no windows — it felt unsafe and frankly, dangerous.
What really shocked me was the complete lack of professionalism and accountability afterward. When we returned the car, no one even acknowledged the situation — no apology, no explanation. When I reached out afterward asking for a refund, not only was I told I should be grateful they didn’t charge me for roadside help (for their own faulty car), but the owner began calling me repeatedly, becoming aggressive and threatening to sue me if I left an honest review. This quickly went from a customer service issue to harassment.
It honestly felt like this wasn’t the first time they’d sent out a car with known issues — and instead of addressing the problem or even offering a basic apology, the owner chose to intimidate and shout over the phone.
This experience ruined what was supposed to be a celebratory day. I’m not someone who leaves negative reviews lightly, but people deserve to know what they’re signing up for. I’d strongly caution anyone considering this rental — the risk isn’t worth it, and the way they treat customers when something goes wrong is unacceptable.
