Non regulars should be treated the same as regulars.

点评：For a pub which uses the line “the pub where there are no strangers just friends you haven’t met” on their Facebook page this was not my experience the other week.
Although I am not a regular here , it is a local pub and I do come here sometimes to support the local businesses. The atmosphere is usually great and a good open outdoor space for my little one to play in.
On this particular occasion it was a hot sunny day and the bar was very busy. I had been waiting at the bar for my turn when the blonde lady with glasses behind the bar turned to the bloke next to me to serve him. He said that I was next but she shrugged her shoulders at him with a smile and said I always serve regulars first.
I think what upset me the most was the way she clearly thought it was funny. I would not expect this behaviour from a local pub. Disappointing.
On the plus side the young lady who did serve me was lovely and the food we ordered was very nice too.
So sorry to have to put this review on since I am a great believer in supporting local businesses but the way way this lady acted was completely unnecessary. Why when you are a local business would you treat people like this and find it amusing?
