点评：Wayan was amazing a few weeks before we took our trip. I told him what kind of trip we like and what we were interested in. He quickly set up an itinerary for us. Wayan also helped us get Visa before our arrival to Indonesia. What amazes me about Wayan was that not only he tours us and took us to amazing spots, he made sure that we learn about the Bali culture and history. He went above and beyond for our needs. We were introduced to his beautiful family at the end of day one. We got certain pictures and food that we wanted.
The best part about Wayan was on my last few hours of my trip. We were talking on our way to the airport, which was over 2 hours away. Halfway through the drive, I realized that I forgot my backpack at my hotel. This backpack consisted of valuable items costing me thousands of dollars. I had my cameras, laptop, video games, and cash. Like a normal person, I completely panicked. I wasn’t sure if I was going to have to rebook my flight and book another night of hotel since my flight was at 11:45pm. Wayan calmed me down and rest assured that everything will be fine. He called all his friends and family to get my backpack from my hotel so they can drive it to the airport. His cousin picked up my backpack and met us by the airport by 9:30pm. This resulted in me making it inside the airport an hour before my departure and having time to eat and rest. This was the best customer service I have ever experienced. I truly appreciate Wayan and his cousin, Artha.
Wayan and his family deserves 100x more recognition than what they already have. You will learn about Balinese culture, history, and their kindness. I highly suggest booking and helping out their business. When I come back to Bali, I will make sure to book some tour guides with him again.
