点评：At the hotel right now. Arrived late Tuesday for a 10 night stay.
The hotel is perfectly located overlooking the beach at the most southerly end of Costa Calma.
We are staying in a Superior room with a sea view which is great.
The hotel is very nice and tastefully decorated. Our room is spotless and very comfortable.
The hotel is extremely busy, and the bar and restaurant staff do their utmost to serve you promptly. Our opinion is they need more staff.
Plus points:-
Our first AI experience where there is a good selection of cocktails made to order.
All premium brands of spirits are available.
There are a lot of sunbeds, but they are soon taken up.
The hotel has direct access to the beach.
Slippers, dressing gowns, and a nespresso machine are provided.
The pool bar menu is good, as is the food quality there.
Breakfast buffet is as good as anywhere.
The big bad point:-
The buffet restaurant food is extremely disappointing, which is a crying shame, hence the 3 rating.
For example. Veal and beef too tough to eat on Wednesday. Last nights Asian theme had undercooked calamari, and a tray of spring rolls was put out still frozen.
Today both 7 minute and 12 minute boiled eggs still had runny whites.
Hoping for some improvement for the rest of our stay but we are extremely doubtful.
