点评:To be honest we are losing faith in Jet2 after they altered our flight schedule after we paid the holiday up in full with no explanation why despite sending 3 emails well before travel date! This was after we had paid the balance of the price up, If they had let us know before we would have cancelled and booked with another company as we chose Jet2 because of the 06:00 flight time and for it to be put back 6 hours frustrated use.
Also when we got to the hotel the room was not what we booked or shown in the photos online and the outdoor space was photographed in such a way as to look way bigger than it was (when does marketing and creative photography become deception?) the room left a lot to be desired and we ended up having to move on the second day when we complained to the rep! who was more use than the customer service that we emailed.
we have said that we will look at other travel company options in the future as we think the Jet2 service has gone down hill a bit over the years, the wait for new aircraft is not helping matter as the ones we travelled on in December last year this one are looking a little jaded.
