点评：My husband and I bought a spa day to share with our son and his fiancé. The spa day, 35 min treatment and lunch was over £216. Once we'd booked we were told the gowns, towels and slippers would be an extra £20 per person, £10 refundable upon return. The staff were very friendly and the short massage we had was very good. However... the place is hardly luxurious. A lot of the fittings were basic, worn out & tired. The smell when exiting the changing rooms to the pool was like excrement! There were no cups for water, just a fountain and the whole spa experience felt like the budget package!! Lunch was very basic and scant. My husband and I had a very hard, over cooked baked potato. The side salad was a joke! A tiny lettuce leaf, half a cherry tomato, half an onion ring cut into two and one slice of cucumber cut into two!! My son and his fiancé had the avocado & egg on toast. It looked 'dismal'. 2 relatively large slices of dry, white cold toast with no butter. A meagre scraping of avocado in the centre and two over cooked, dry eggs on top. It was so dry they had difficulty swallowing it. It was the worst food we've eaten for a very long time. The whole meal must've cost about £3 to prepare for all of us!! We only ate it because we were so hungry!!! The positive attitude of the staff was a saving grace but management have obviously cut a lot of expenditure to boost profits. It was supposed to be a spoil for us all, but it ended up feeling like an embarrassment for me who'd booked it, it appeared like I'd done it on the cheap!! Can't really recommend this spa or the package we had. Bannatynes appear more interested in profit than guest experience. Poor show.
翻译：我和丈夫买了一张水疗日票，打算带儿子和他的未婚妻一起去。这张票包括35分钟的护理和午餐，总共花了216英镑。预订之后，我们被告知浴袍、毛巾和拖鞋需要额外付费，每人20英镑，还车时可以退还10英镑。工作人员非常友好，我们做的按摩也很舒服。但是……这个地方根本谈不上豪华。很多设施都很简陋，而且陈旧不堪。从更衣室走到泳池边，一股粪便的味道扑面而来！没有水杯，只有一个饮水机，整个水疗体验感觉就像是廉价套餐！午餐非常简陋，而且分量很少。我和丈夫点了一个又硬又老的烤土豆。配菜沙拉简直是个笑话！只有一小片生菜叶、半个小番茄、半个切成两半的洋葱圈和一片切成两半的黄瓜！儿子和他的未婚妻点了牛油果鸡蛋吐司。看起来“惨不忍睹”。两片相对较大的干巴巴的冷白吐司，没有黄油。中间只有一小撮牛油果，上面放着两个煮过头的干巴巴的鸡蛋。吐司干得让人难以下咽。这是我们很久以来吃过的最难吃的食物。这顿饭的成本估计也就3英镑吧！我们只是因为太饿才吃完的！员工积极的态度算是唯一的安慰，但管理层显然为了提高利润削减了很多开支。本来是想好好犒劳一下大家的，结果却让我这个预订者感到很尴尬，好像我为了省钱才订的！实在不推荐这家水疗中心，也不推荐我们订的套餐。Bannatynes 似乎更注重利润而不是顾客体验。服务太差了。
