This vacation was a long time coming. Jen originally planned our trip for May 25, but unfortunately, I ended up needing emergency surgery just 10 days before we were scheduled to leave. Jen went above and beyond, working with us and the insurance company to secure a 100% refund. She stayed in touch throughout the process.We shelved the original itinerary and when the time was right we restarted the planning and finally made it to Croatia this month.
From our very first phone call, I knew Jen was going to create an unforgettable vacation—and she absolutely delivered.
Jen put together an incredible itinerary that allowed us to experience the different regions and highlights of Croatia. She thought of every detail. From the transfers and drivers to the guides and hotels, everything exceeded our expectations.
The entire trip was seamless, memorable, and truly special. We could relax and enjoy every moment knowing that Jen had taken care of everything. She checked in with us often to ensure all was going as planned
