点评：Skye and Craig are extraordinary people and exceptional guides. It’s a shame five stars is all we can give them. We hiked with them for a day in 2023 and again this April (2026) for two days. I can’t recommend them highly enough for the terrific experience they provide. We brought two friends with us this April and were a little worried on the front end that we’d oversold the experience. Not so. They were as delighted as we were.
We’re experienced Colorado hikers, but had found wayfinding on slickrock on our own challenging, time-consuming and frustrating. There are few defined trails and even fewer reliable markers.
Hiking with Skye and Craig removes all of the guesswork, allowing you to fully experience and enjoy your hike. They know the Escalante like no one else, and their private routes lead your group through spectacular beauty and into as much challenge as you each wish, all while keeping you safe. Their competence as guides pairs with their deep knowledge of the Escalante and is matched only by their generosity of spirit. They’re kind, warm and interesting, and each has a lovely sense of humor. We finished our time with them in April thoroughly exhilarated and with the feeling that we’d not only had two incredible hikes, but had reunited with two good friends as well.
