点评：Booked for two massages. Arrived 15 minutes early at 5:15pm. The place was in darkness and closed. We rang the number and were told - 'don't worry she always arrives late' .
We rang again again at 5:40pm and were told she is stuck in traffic. At 5:50pm the owner arrived, unlocked, swept in, no apology. The other lady doing the massage then told us the owner was going off to drop her children off and would be 15 minutes!
We were then informed we had to have the massages in the same room! If we had not had a gift voucher to use we would of left. We were very stressed by then. No apologies received from the owner. We were told by the owner - well you booked for this time and I have things to do!
When we finally had the massages at gone 6:30pm, the room was freezing, the massage was dreadful. We finally left at 7:30pm, very disappointed.
