It was ok… but don’t expect good service.

点评：I really wanted to like it and if it was just the actual swimming experience then I would say it was good. I will start from the beginning. I parked at the Tesco opposite- I wouldn’t be doing this again because it was to stressful. You have two hours. I arrived at 8.50am and thought I could pay and sit inside the venue ( there is a lovely blue bench) but no- wait outside. There is no sign to say this is their expectation. After only a few minutes I could see that there are people who are then in a line waiting. No chair or bench to sit! Just think they could make reasonable adjustments and place a chair for those with mobility issues. Even though they could have a kinship carer strategy for older carers who have to do this kind is activity and help! They can employ a security guard who says at 9.00am in you go! The receptionist mumbles, I think they ask the age of your child. I wanted to ask if she could pay twice as one hour just isn’t enough but they wasn’t interested. It was 9.00am and I was the first in- didn’t see any rubbish anywhere- there is a cafe area and people sitting in it but it looked closed. The pool area is nice , not to big- two life guards on duty! You get a wrist band that allocates u one hour- at 9.25am there is a sound which made me realise this is what tells you the waves are coming on- kids then start running and slipping and sliding to get there. The next time is 09.55am.this is a real treat. The slides were not long lines. At 10.07 they are getting you out and as I’m terrified to over stay my time at the Tesco I soon left. Would I go again- yes but at least I know what to expect
