Lift/elevator to cafe still out of order after months

点评：The park is not as good as some others it’s handy as it’s close by braehead shopping centres handy for letting kids and adults drain some of the energy. The biggest of let downs is the lift from the main floor to the cafe was still out of order and has been for many many months this means people like myself who have limited mobility either struggle to go up the stairs or hope there is a free table and chairs downstairs or have to stand the full hr if I can’t manage upstairs. Im beyond exhausted and it’s been a long time since we have been here and we feel it doesn’t offer near the same as some of the other parks like a long length track trampoline and noticed some of the park’s equipment had tape across them out of order.
The elevator being out of order was the biggest issue as many people had spoke to including staff have said it has been out of order for a long time. This is absolutely unacceptable. It’s not the staffs fault and the staff have been very pleasant but no lift to the area where there is seats and a cafe for disabled people to sit and watch their kids/family is far from inclusive. This should have been fixed as quickly as possible.
