A disappointing beginning due to poor staff behaviour

点评：Not an amazing place. There was a good collection of YSL clothing on display and the QR code for the guide was excellent. Without using the guide, visitors are not given anywhere near the amount of information about each piece and some of the insights into who wore each piece and when.
The first impression of the place was the biggest let down. Staff at the entrance were working inordinately slowly which meant that visitors had to queue outside in the blazing heat when they had already bought tickets online. When I pointed this out to the door/ticket staff, they were very rude and insulting. The first 30 minutes of my experience in the museum were marred by this bad first impression. Staff at the entrance need to do a much better job and remember that it is the visitors who pay their salaries
