Port Welshpool Long Jetty的点评
点评：I have visited this jetty several times over the years... I still remember it before it was restored. On this visit, I didn't actually do what I normally would and walk it's entirety... I took photos from the shoreline to get a different view. There is much to romanticise the location as the jetty breaks through that sapphire water and gives your lens something to focus on.
Construction began on this jetty in 1936 and finished in 1938. The jetty was built
using yellow stringybark sourced from near Woodside, east of Yarram and was originally 850 metres long. It closed in 2003 and re-opened in recent years better than ever.
I love visiting the town of Port Welshpool and would recommend you take a walk out onto the jetty...but if you can't ... you can get some really amazing views from the shoreline.
