Non existent customer service.
Parrs Wood Entertainment Centre的点评
点评：The bowling itself is good.
We ordered 3 X pizzas.
*The order was incorrect.
•There was barely any pizza sauce or cheese on them.
•The pizza sauce started 3/4 of the way up the slices leaving inches of bare dough.
•When we took the pizza back to complain they took it off us and THEN bought it back within minutes saying they couldn’t change it as the one we “wanted was more expensive.” 🤔😮
I, again, pointed out the lack of toppings, sauce or edible appeal of the pizza. The server agreed and took it away, again. Within two minute’s she came back saying she’d bought a new pizza.
•It was the SAME pizza with sauce smudged over the bare dough and a sprinkle of cheese that had been popped back into the oven for a second.
As a previous hospitality worker also as a mum who’s reheated pizza for children it’s easy to see!
The manager offered free drinks and a refund for the drinks previously bought.
We are still waiting for the refund.
We ended up at KFC on the way home.
A complete lack of customer service or care that spoilt a family night out. 👎🏼
