Karaoke: Awful customer service. will be going somewhere else next time

点评：Came here for a birthday celebration with some friends and paid £120 for the ‘rockstar’ karaoke package for up to 10 people. On paper this package sounds great but the actual experience was a shambles. The package included a 90 minute session, 4 pizzas to share , 2 bottles of Prosecco (for 10 people) , ‘ultimate’ nachos (one tiny tray for 10 people 😕) and inflatable props which were half deflated
Wouldn’t come to this location for this again. Customer service was none existent 🙄
• We arrived just before our slot started and we were told the karaoke room was being prepared. At first we were okay with this as we thought we’d be going in soon…. We were still waiting for the room 20 minutes into our paid session and after entering the room the staff were in and out still clearing it out so we were just sat waiting.
• We had to approach the members of staff at reception for a number of things throughout our 90 minute session which meant missing out on the time. Our cheap cardboard pizza didn’t arrive until an hour into the session, same with the Prosecco (this was after asking for it twice).
• The karaoke timer finished after an hour because it wasn’t set to the correct time so we had to wait around for someone to extend it.
• Drinks that we ordered to the karaoke room never was brought to us which led to some of us paying for drinks we didn’t even receive 👍🏼
Will definitely be booking elsewhere next time.
