Terrible Instructors that are FORCED upon you.

点评：Sorry to say I would not use them again.
1) The instructor I had came from Egypt and although extremely nice, could not teach. His English was poor and could not explain things well.
Get a local instructor only that works there on a regular basis.
They won't let you change instructors once you start with one. So if you get a bad
instructor, cancel and go elsewhere.
2) Their prices are higher than other schools
3) The boat to take you across the lagoon is not punctual and you are at their mercy when to come and go. Other schools accommodate your needs and schedule.
My son who took lessons from a different instructor was up and riding in 9 hours. My instructor could not tell me what I was doing wrong--He kept telling me I was pulling in the bar too much. I eventually asked him to show me what he wanted me to do. I was pulling in the bar to the exact same location he was telling me NOT to do. Eventually I started to figure it out, without his help. ( His poor teaching was shared by other students there who were using him. We all tried to switch instructors but the school would not accommodate).
2) He cut my 2 hours lesson short and left be standing in the water for 30 minutes waiting for him to return to shore. The kite got tangled and while he worked to untangle the kite, He had the boat pick me up and take me back to shore. Once he got the kite together, he went riding for the next 30 minutes. And when we hooked up again, he told me the lesson was over after only 1 hour. This really sucked as I was just starting to get the feel for getting up on the board. he ruined the whole experience and was really just a jerk.
3) At the Arasi next door, Jeevan +94 77 729 3642 is cheaper, will take you when you want to go, speaks English and is an accomplished instructor. Use him instead.
