Really bad experience!

点评：It was a really bad experience and i do NOT recommend this organisation. We only had 4 hours of safari in 3 days!
Unfortunately, I have to inform that almost everything that could go wrong on this safari, went wrong.
• The car broke down at the start, causing us to leave 4 hours later.
• We arrived very late and therefore had dinner only at 11 p.m.
• The next day we agreed to leave at 7 a.m., but eventually left at 8:30 a.m.
• We had to pick up another couple. The driver got lost and only arrived at 11 a.m. At 11:30 a.m. our game drive finally started.
• At 2 p.m. we went for lunch, so we only had 2.5 hours of game drive that day.
• At 4:30 p.m. we arrived at the entrance of the Ngorongoro Crater. The organization had not arranged the entry permits, so we had to wait another 1.5 hours. This again caused us to arrive late at camp.
• We had agreed to leave at 5:30 a.m. Unfortunately the car broke down again and we left at 9 a.m.
•. The guides had no knowledge about the animals. They didn’t tell us anything. Also they did not communicate with us, we had to ask everything.
This is truly a bizarrely poorly organized safari. I paid a lot for this safari. I asked for refund, but they ignored me and called me anoing. I do NOT recommend this organisation!
