点评：Fantastic welcoming and informative service from all the staff we met. From the wonderful ladies who greeted us in the office/reception, showed us the route and offered us very valuable advise about pubs along the route! too John who gave us an in-depth tour of Isabelle (our boat), too the staff on site who were all super helpful and accommodating when we asked to see other boat designs and layouts after our holiday finished.
My family and I spent 6 wonderful, memorable days on the canals and river Severn. We all loved the locks (all 46 of them!), the tunnels and swing bridges along the way.. we really got a good introduction to canal life and the waterways around this area. So much to see and do, we loved the narrrowboat experience and will definitely do it again, maybe on a new Signature boat next time! I especially liked the fact we decided to plan a circular loop route, which was really good as we took in Hanbury Hall, Worcester and Droitwich Spa.
