"Dear Mr. Paschina,
I wanted to write to you directly rather than leave a public review, as my intention is to share constructive feedback in good faith.
We were a party of five visiting Library1821 for a tasting and meal on Sunday, October 12, 2025. The estate and its surroundings are truly exceptional — it’s a beautiful setting, and I can see the care that has gone into creating it. Having visited vineyards and wineries around the world, I was very much looking forward to this experience.
However, I was surprised by a few aspects that did not align with the high standards one might expect from such an impressive estate. The service staff’s attire felt quite too casual. One of our servers was wearing socks, sneakers, and washed-out cargo shorts, and another wore a basic unattractive T-shirt. For a venue of your caliber, more professional presentation would better reflect the quality of your wines and the overall experience.
Additionally, our cheese and charcuterie boards were served on paper plates, which detracted from the otherwise refined atmosphere. Considering the premium nature of your wines and setting, proper tableware would have made a meaningful difference.
Finally, when purchasing our wines (we bought 15 bottles), the person assisting us at the counter seemed disengaged and rather unfriendly, which unfortunately left a poor final impression on what could have been a wonderful visit.
I’m sharing this feedback privately because I truly appreciate the potential of your venue and hope it is received as a constructive input.
