点评：I went with friends and between us we had booked three tables. The booking clearly states that the table includes four people, adults and children included. Yet when we arrived the woman on the desk told us we needed to pay an additional £5 for the second child. We argued this but were told it was policy. I have emailed to complain but never heard back.
Beware when booking that you will probably be hit with a completely unadvertised and seemingly randomly applied charge upon arrival! We than sat down and the woman went to man the coffee stand so a couple of families just walked in without being checked and so weren't charged.
Other than that the actual soft play is average. A lot of the space is taken up with scene areas that kids can't actually use or go in, so it's really just a small soft play with a lots of running around space in between. It's also quite dirty so we left feeling pretty grubby. Nowhere near enough staff to serve both the front desk and the coffee shop, there was constantly a queue of at least five people waiting to buy two coffees.
There are many better options out there.
