A Non-Reviewer’s Review: Support a Business That Knows Its Business

点评：I haven’t actually visited Akatsuka, but having been ordering orchids from them via their online site for several years now. They are prompt and very meticulous about how they pack and ship the plants to ensure a safe arrival. (I do recommend unboxing them ASAP and allowing them a few days to acclimate to the environment before gifting them.) The flowers are always beautiful!
I am one of those people who do not write reviews. But Akatsuka has proven to be such an outstanding, customer service-oriented company through the years that it’s time I spoke up. I can tell they actually care about customer satisfaction and know their products very well. They cost more than those big-box and hardware stores, but you are getting a quality product and supporting a local business. They also raise some hybrid varieties that are hard to find so if you want something truly special instead of cookie cutter orchids, check them out!
Akatsuka Orchids’ plants have been a part of a good number of my ohana’s holidays and occasions, both joyous and sad. I wish them all the best and hope that they’ll be in business for many years to come.
