点评：Had a great time with friends at Castle and Key. The atmosphere is great, and the quality of our Tasting Room Guide, Melinda, was fantastic. She encouraged questions, and gave us a lot of information about the history of C&K, prohibition, small batch, etc. There was a dedicated food truck on site and we all got different items. I got the bacon jam smashburger and it was amazing. The gift shop was very nice and I found plenty to get there. I would love to return and take a tour through the buildings as well, next time. Due to the heat, there was no production going on while we were there, but we were able to see the huge vats where the spirits are processed. There's also a walking path that takes you through a botanical garden area, and there are lots of small seating areas outside as well. There is a lot of walking, and I am not sure if they can accomodate wheelchairs in some of the areas. There were metal stairs as one would expect to find in a factory/distillery, that we took from our tasting room to get into the store. The admission fee was very reasonable. Our tour started at 12:30, and we ate afterwards and walked around, and left around 4 PM.
