Triumph Factory Visitor Experience的点评
点评：What a splendid day out to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday. We arrived for 09.30 and didn't leave until we were being ushered out at closing time.
We booked the Factory Full Works Tour, which included a sandwich roll & hot drink on arrival, a private tour of the museum and factory, a personalised vin plate keyring for each person and a signed Triumph book (which of course was given to my dad!). Booking this tour also gave a gift shop discount of 50% off clothing and 25% off merchandise.
Pete was our guide and from the moment we arrived to the second we left he was perfect! He was thoughtful, knowledgeable, attentive, passionate, funny and dedicated.
The anecdotal stories were great from his lengthy employment with Triumph.
The museum is over 2 floors and as you'd expect, full of bikes, parts, plaques and history. The movie section is great.
You are not able to touch the bikes (however Pete did allow us to jump on a couple to try out for size and this was such a memory making moment for my dad, who is disabled, to straddle his ultimate favourite...the Bonneville) but the photo opportunities are endless.
The factory is an eye opener, who knew what it takes to make one of these stunning machines?!? Makes you feel very patriotic.
I can highly recommend a visit to Triumph, from the staff, museum, cafe, factory & toilets - everything was spot on!
