Top Notch Customer Service by Kelley! Great job!
"End of the Trail" All-American Wine Cellar的点评
点评：Came to enjoy the cannon at Sunset and was happily surprised to met the bartender Kelley!
We are from MO and have never ventured to Top of Rock. We stumbled upon the lower End of the Trail bar trying to get down to the Chapel and Kelley was fantastic.
He was extremely knowledgeable about the history and importance of the art that was display. He was very helpful when trying to find a suitable wine and whiskey for us, he took the time to explain and really be informative about where and what flavors each whiskey had. We spent about 3 hours in Kelley's company on a Thursday and would travel back to Table Rock just to come back and have him share his service with us.
Having been in the service industry ten years previously I was thoroughly impressed with the balancing bar customers with those of us sitting at tables. He made sure to make it memorable by taking time to share about his hobbies as well as asking about ours. If you are looking for a great place to have a drink and really just enjoy a quiet and sophisticated evening this is a great place to do so.
