点评：What a wonderful experience on the 5d/4n cruise/tour in Tanjung Putin National Park in Borneo with Local Guides.
The boat had everything you could possibly need, the beds were very comfortable, lots of place to move around, a lookout deck on top, and a western toilet and shower(An extra pulse the shower and sink uses filtered water so you can brush your teeth without a worry). Once in the park you basically cruised slowing down the river looking for long tail macaques, proboscis monkeys, orangutans. Beside the monkey/orangutans, we saw lots of different plants (so many kinds of pitcher plants) bugs, flying lizards, birds (king fisher), tree bees, monitor lizard, crocodiles, etc. The highlight of course is our once a day visit to one of the feeding station to see the orangutans. It was amazing to see so many, all interacting, mothers, babies, adolescents, and Alfa male. Ade our guide was simply amazing. She took great care of us, she was knowledgeable, patient, and her English was very good. The captain, Boude and first mate, Toga navigated the waters, parking, and finding nice little spots for us to dock each night. They even did a bit of fishing which we were able to sample. Mahes prepared so many delicious meals and snacks for us that even with all the walking I think we gained weight hahah! All of them went to great lengths to make sure we had everything we needed/wanted and make it the most memorable trip. Thanks to all 4 of them! It was just fabulous! One thing you might want to take into consideration, we went at the beginning of February during the week and found it to be fairly busy (about40-50 people at the feeding station) but from what we were told this can go up to 200+in high season (June to august), and 100-150 on weekends as many locals visit just for the day.
