点评：We have been here before and had a mixed experience. We visited for drinks one evening. We tried to reserve a table via phone and there was confusion as the person who answered didn’t ask our name or a time and hung up. We rang back and clarified our reservation the next day. We arrived and were shown our table and all was well. We had drinks, and when we were ready to reorder my husband had to get up every time to return the glasses and place the order. I normally wouldn’t mind but there were three staff members doing absolutely nothing right next to us. One spent the evening stroking her hair in the mirror and then on her phone. They spent the evening chatting, drinking wine and getting the odd drink. There was very little serving other than food running. I’m amazed anybody bothers to go here on a saturated high street. There needs to be less staff and more attentive staff.
My mum visited a few months prior with her monthly meet up of friends. They’d ran out of cocktails and their reservation was also mixed up via the phone so my mum had to call in personally and clarify it. My mum and friends went to elsewhere. I really want to like this place but the last few visits have made this impossible to do so!
