i4u Travel Services的点评
点评：i4U were incredible. They put together an awesome two week trip for us that took in all the major sites in the north--Agra, tigers at Ranthambore and Jaipur, than the back waters and beaches of Kerala. They arranged everything--great hotels, safe drivers and impressive sites, but the best thing about them was their calm and thoughtful approach when a couple of things went wrong (through no fault of theirs). Firstly, my wife's visa didn't arrive in time, but they managed to rejig the itinerary so that she could join us a day later and not miss out on any of the trip. Then the night before we were due to leave Air India cancelled our internal flight to Delhi for no reason. i4U calmly took control and booked replacement flights, but it was the way they did so so thoughtfully that impressed me. They took the trouble to choose a flight that was very unlikely to cancel again, knowing that if it had then we would have missed our flights back to the UK. i4U came to me highly recommended by an Indian friend who uses them a lot, and they still exceeded my expectations. I'm already planning another, shorter trip to India for this year and fully intend to work with them on it. They are the best travel agency I have every worked with. And if your interest is in India wildlife, they're fantastic!
