Very disappointing - don't bother making the effort to go!
Isle Of Wight Distillery的点评
点评：My lovely friend bought me an 'experience' which involved going to the Isle of Wight for the day and heading to the distillery for a gin tasting experience.
This 'experience' was for two people.
Had a very nice late lunch, before heading to the part of the pub where the 'experience' which was to include a tour of the distillery, a lively talk from staff about the gins and a tasting flight.
What we got was, you can see the unused distillery through a window (and only got that as that was where a spare table happened to be). One flight of gin samples (had to have discussions about how this was for two people, so two sets were needed) and even then, they 'forgot' to pour gin into a couple of the shot glasses.
When they finally sorted that out, we asked about the 'lively talk' and were given a piece of paper and told to read about them.
The 'experience' that was advertised to take about 2 hours, done in 25 mins and only took that long because of needing to resolve the issues in first place.
Very disappointing as had heard previous good reviews, but sadly staff don't think they have to bother with basic customer service.
Given the effort needed to get to there, I would recommend people don't bother!
Ask local taxi drivers (as we chatted to ours in ride back to Ryde) and got given details of better places to visit

我之前看到过不少好评，因此原本期望很高，结果却非常令人失望；可悲的是，工作人员似乎觉得根本没必要提供基本的客户服务。
考虑到前往那里的路途颇为麻烦，我建议大家还是别去了吧！
