Service in the canteen and the lounge by the swimming pool met high standards, with staff demonstrating professionalism and attentiveness.
The canteen staff were accommodating, willing to prepare food to guests’ specifications (e.g., grilling) and promptly clearing empty dishes upon request.
Bar service was continuous and efficient at both the main building and the poolside. Bartenders were courteous and prepared drinks on demand, including custom requests not listed on the menu (e.g., cava sangria, mimosa, and various cocktails).

Special commendation was given to Jovani, noted for his welcoming demeanor and ability to remember guests’ drink preferences.
