A picturesque cove due to the geology of the Jurassic Coast
Lulworth Cove的点评
点评：My first visit to Lulworth Cove was as a young geology student many years ago and it was good to see that it still has numerous school children on field trips, as it is one of the classic geological and geomorphology features along the Jurassic coast.
However in that time Lulworth Cove has become far busier with tourists than back then and parking was easy.
There are a number of pubs/hotels and cafes so no shortages of places to eat. Along with Ice cream vendors and the usual Fish and Chips.
There is a souvenir shop which sells a lot of varied merchandise including some fossils and books about the cove and the Jurassic Coast. There is also a small display on the formation of Lulworth Cove. Well worth a quick visit.
As Lulworth Cove was only a 15min walk from West Lulworth we spent a number of evenings watching the dusk roll in sipping wine in one of the pubs. such a relaxing time.
