Don't be put off by the baffoon in the parking booth, it's a beautiful place to visit.

点评：Love coming here. We are local to the island and have visited on many occasions. I love the tranquility of the cutch,the grounds etc. Great short walk down to the beach, which is pebbles. Love just sitting on the beach taking in the view. Great little cafe if you want a drink or some food. Lovely and clean, except the loos smelt a bit of wee.
The huge disappointment when you go to Penmon is the overly zealous baffoon that is in the booth. We have used the car park on some occasions and walked up from the layby on other occasions, but on today's visit, we nearly decided to leave due to the money grabber that started to walk over to the van the minute we pulled up. He proceeded to stand in front of the van, waiting for us to get out so he could demand the £7.50 from us. (He was there for a while because I was putting in trainers). He is unbelievably rude, just putting his hand out and demanding the £7.50. What I found odd was that he was handing out pink raffle ticket stubbs to people and the girl that was working with him was handing out blue(and no it had nothing to do with one being for vans or the other for cars), to me that screams dodgy and where is the money going?????
He made us feel uncomfortable standing in front of the van waiting to grab our money. It's a sign written van, did he really think we were going to do a runner or something. Next time I decide to visit, out of pure stubbornness, I will not park in the car park, I will park in the layby down the road and get some extra steps in.

他让我们站在货车前等着取钱，感觉很不舒服。那辆货车的标志上写着“van”，他真的以为我们会逃跑吗？下次我决定再来，出于纯粹的固执，我不会把车停在停车场，我会把车停在路边的停车区，多走几步路。
