Booked an AC traveller for 8 day trip, they sent non AC and when asked for refund seeing the state of the car, they just denied and said do whatever you want. Car didn’t had a recliner seat as well.
Driver was humble at the start and said he will take us to the destination. But on the middle of the way to Jibhi, he asked to pay him otherwise he won’t take us further. He stopped at a dhaba where his people also started arguing with us. We were travelling with kids and family and hence he also took advantage of the situation. He stopped the car wherever he wanted throughout the journey and been rude to us all the time. We had done advance payment and had no other option but to continue the journey with them. A real harassment by these kind of service providers.
Request you to not take their service and get saved from their fraudulent activities.
