Not the best spa service ...

点评：We were in Jackson Hole for a wedding and we stayed at the Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa for the week. We were looking forward to enjoying some spa services at their spa. Unfortunately, we couldn't get into their spa on the day we were free, so they referred us to go to their sister property, Hotel Terra ~ Chill Spa.
We were grateful to be able to get in for services and we were looking forward to them. My daughter received a 90-min massage session, and she felt that it was okay. She is young and didn't speak up that the MT was putting too much pressure on her shoulders. Okay, lesson learned.
Now I'm coming in for my body scrub/massage appointment and I had the same therapist. She seemed like a lovely lady ... but a few red flags was that she didn't ask me what I was looking to achieve for this service or if I had any problem areas. The application of the body scrub was a bit off and she seemed to not have her products ready nearby, so there were way too many "off hand therapies" for me to notice. This will ultimately affect the overall therapy experience when you are taking several minutes to prep during a spa session. It was very disappointing and this therapist needs to review her effleurage techniques before accepting this spa service in repertoire. I have a spa background, which I did not share with the therapist. I did however share my experience with the lovely front desk person, who asked me specifically what they could have done better.
It is never my intention to bad talk or get anyone in trouble, which I expressed to the front office. I tipped her the full gratuity because I can appreciate the time and efforts ... just fell short on the therapies for a high price tag. These high-end spas have significant prices for their "spa experiences" and I did not walk away with that at all.
Very disappointing and unfortunately, won't book a service there again.

我绝对无意说坏话或惹麻烦，我向前台表达了这一点。我给了她全额小费，因为我很感激她付出的时间和精力……只是因为价格太高，所以没有享受到相应的理疗服务。这些高端水疗中心的“水疗体验”价格不菲，而我完全没有为此感到满意。
非常令人失望，很遗憾，以后不会再预订那里的服务了。
