Terrible bathroom facilities for the disabled. How do they get away with it?

点评：The garden is beautiful. However, as a current member, I am extremely disappointed in the services. So much so that I won’t be renewing my support or membership. They NEVER answer their phones. Even when the recorded message says the wait time in 5 minutes, they still never answer. I live an hour away and have needed to call before leaving home to make the trek. But they simply NEVER pick up. Also, I am disabled. Their bathrooms simply do not work for people like me who are unable to bend all the way down and sit on a low toilet seat. There is always so much water on the floors as well that it makes it dangerous for me to even walk into the bathroom. No cleaning people. The Gardens have so much donor money that there is simply no excuse for this level of piss poor accommodations, excuse the pun. If you are disabled or are visiting with a disabled person, you should know this. It’s completely unacceptable.
