Great experience, but terrible organization and customer service

点评：It was a mixed bag and I will explain why.
The flight itself was great, what an amazing experience. We also had a great pilot, but he lives in England so you probably won't get to meet Jonathan.
Now for the bad parts... buckle up.
The organization was really truly horrible. Our contact was Lejla and she was really bad. She failed to give as multiple important pieces of information and didn't seem like she cared at all about it. She never apologized for any of her oversights.
Instead of just driven taken back after our flight, we had to drag the balloon ourselves across a field and then even needed to assist greatly in packing and loading the whole thing afterwards. Only then we got a ride back, but it was in vans that severely reeked of gasoline -- to the point that a few people got nauseous.
When we brought it up that none of that was part of the deal, that we payed a lot of money for, Lejla just laughed it of instead of apologizing. Very unprofessional.
