Loyal customers experience with Santa 2025

点评：The Santas Grotto Experience was a huge let down this year, we left very disapointed after being a very loyal to the Santa experience for the last few years. It is important to make it clear that this is not a negative review about the elves at all, the elves have always been fantastic and it continues to be this way. In the arts and crafts room the elfs were entertaining playing a finding clue game with our children, making reindeer food, decorating and a special teddy bear making machine before the kids went to see Santa which blew my little girls mind which sold the magic of Christmas.
The Santa was a big step back from the previous years the beard was very poor it looked more like little bits of patchy fluff was growing from parts of his face (I wouldve preffered he had worn a fake beard to be honest), he wasnt very engaging with the children and the Mrs Claus seemed confused and asif she had just been pulled out from in the street. We have returned to Brigg because of the Santas enthusiasm and the layout and this has really made us question coming back next year.
