点评：The first day transfer never showed up but hotel where we booked it kept us waiting for 1,5 hour promising the transfer would show up in 5 minutes.
We are not sure whether the hotel had booked this company or another, but the excuse was that due to weather conditions only the first balloon flight took off and the second 6 am session was cancelled.
We were foolish enough to give it a second try for which we stayed another day. Transfer for the first flight did show up at 5:30 am instead of 5, but balloon did not. While all the other balloons went up in the air and enjoyed the sunrise we were waiting for a balloon to be brought in at another location and to be inflated with only 1 fan because the orher fan was broken.
We finally took off only at 7:50 when literally all other balloons had landed already and we were up in the air only during 35 minutes instead of 1 hour. We did not fly over the white terraces at all (what the other balloons did) and did not see Hierapolis at all. And no sunrise as the sunrise was at 6 am.
It was a balloon flight, but none of the selling points were cumplished (sunrise, Pamukkale terraces, Hierapolis, 1 hour). We did not get any explanation of why our balloon was not there in the first place, and while all other balloons took off we were just waiting. Once in the air it was very hot as sun was already fully shining, and no other balloons for even a balloon picture in the air. After 35 minutes and without any warning we suddenly had to kneel down and we landed.
If at least they would have been clear about what went wrong 2 subsequent days and not continuously telling us everytime another different story which then appeared untrue I would not write this negative review, but now we really felt misleaded.
