点评：We got to see the southern end and southeastern island area by bus before boarding the boat, a bonus!
Then the fun really began with a trip into
Pigeon Creek estuary, spotting many sea turtles and some sea stars as well as learning more about mangroves and the tidal delay up Pigeon Creek.
Then out of the estuary and toward High, Middle, and Low Cays. A beautiful area. Nice 45 min snorkel. Another bonus was seeing several reef squid swimming and hovering with changing colors matching the seafloor.
And then the best! A breathtaking arrival at the ephemeral sand bar for a fabulous meal with feet in the water and sand. The arrival to the theme from 1492 with 4 lovely people waving was spectacular, as well as the food and beverages including lobster, chicken, beef, veggies, fruit, wine, and rum punch served in conch shells
Pro tips: very little shade on the boat, so use reef friendly (mineral) sunscreen, wear a hat, and bring and use a rash guard shirt. And bring some water!!
