点评:This place has the rudest staff at reception. They don’t know how to treat customers. My husband and I had a service with them for a total of $500 and gave them the Crown Perth rewards card for points to be added. Two weeks later, the points are still missing. When I tried to contact them, they transferred me to rewards in Crown. Then rewards staff advised to contact the spa staff again as it was their mistake for not adding the points. I emailed them with no luck, I rang them again and a very rude woman named Sarah mistreated me over the phone, she said she had received my email and passed it on to management but that she was too busy to reply, I asked for her to reply to my email saying that at least they are trying to do something but NO, that was apparently too much to ask for. I can’t believe how they let this lady answer the phone when she has no manners and no respect for customers. Regarding the spa, it is showing its age, the titles in the sauna area are all chipped and broken. They overbook people, they were at least 4 women in the spa retreat (which is very small) when I arrived to use the facility. Don’t waste your time and money, go somewhere else
