点评：This place is very unsanitary, noisy, and generally a mediocre experience.
In addition this place is a scam. They are charging a fee for what use to be free. According to the USGS in Ojai, the hot springs is within the forest service boundaries. It has not had verifiable property lines. Next time you visit ask the host to show you where the property lines are. He will either lie or simply say he/she had no idea.
The local PD does not enforce trespassing complaints. If they cannot clearly post and fence a no trespassing posted property. You might get hauled off if you are intoxicated but will not be charged with tresspacing.
If you park near the last house before the small grade and one way light. Walk up stream, there is a clear trail. It will take directly to the back door of Ecotopia at no charge. If they say anything, simply don’t answer.
Good luck however you go in and enjoy the hot water.
