Very nice family activity and sustainable project helping the locals at the same time!

点评：We visited this site on our way to the Kuang Si waterfall. It was a wonderful experience, especially with children. The farm has got a lots of animals: pigs, rabbits, buffalo, goats, cats... around 200 animals in total.
The Farm belongs to Australian and American owners and they have many staff on internships or volunteering. English and Chinese lessons are offered to village children. It is the largest dairy farm in the country: in fact, there are only two, one near Vietnam for export purposes and this one offering its products within the country.
They produce: ice cream, cheesecakes, white cheese, blue cheese, mozzarella, ricotta, feta, etc. Absolutely amazing products that one can taste at the start or end of the farm visit.
Depending on your package, drinks are offered and some delicacies to taste as well.
Their aim is to help the local farmers b renting their buffalo, providing them with an income during the calving and nursing period to recover the milk.
They pass on their knowledge to the farmers in order to keep the buffalo in the best possible condition.
It is definitely a very sustainable project and it is helping the locals as well as offering the visitors a very good insight of the local situation on this farming and milk production. Thank you for the precious work you are doing there, we had an amazing time at your farm!
