点评：Would advise people to avoid. When booking online you book a session. We booked the 12. 45 session. Arrived at 12.46. The door was closed and locked. Pressed the bell until 12.55. The lady arrived and said that there were no tables. We would have to leave all our stuff in an unattended room. By this point there were 6 families behind me. All of whom had booked. Asked for a refund. Lady didnt know how to do this, had to phone a manager. Manager tried to explain the same thing the lady already had. That its stay and play so those that attended the morning session could stay all day. This was frustrating as the lady had already said all this. I didnt even want to speak to the manager I just wanted a refund. He kept saying he wanted to explain but the lady had already done this. We were now 20 minutes into this and the kids and adults behind us were getting annoyed. I offered other families to go in front of us but they were also unhappy and did not. If they want to have stay and play and just have drop ins they should not have bookable sessions on the website. Otherwise you are charging people the same price for a different time. People should just book the first session and stay for however long they like. It doesn't make any sense. If you want to have a drop in session then have one. Other soft plays do this and if you arrive and there is no tables then its just unfortunate.
On top of this as we were first in the queue we were told we would get the next table available. We didn't. Total shambles inside. Food all over the floor. Two people got a table ahead of us. Not there fault, they were just trying to get out of the chaos.
When we eventually found a table and I asked a member of staff to wipe it as it was covered in a sticky liquid, she was rude.
Needless to say we wont be back.
