点评：We have yet to go on the tasting, however so far the customer service has been second to none.
I booked vouchers for my husbands birthday. We tried to book online, but were unable to do so. I called and was booked in over the phone by a very helpful and friendly lady.
Upon arrival, we were quickly assisted and booked into the tour. Unfortunately, my husband began feeling very ill before the tasting started. The staff (Andrew and David) went out of their way to rebook us on a different date, even though it created some admin problems for them. Can't thank them enough for their patience and understanding.
I look forward to returning to attend the tasting. But in the meantime, we dropped in and got a couple whisky fights. We sat outside with our dog and enjoyed the whisky so much we bought a bottle. Service was second to none. Light bites were limited but delightful. Really enjoyed our time here.
